Packaging/seal condition, visible batch or lot markings, expiry/manufacture/PAO markings and obvious tampering or damage are reviewed.

Only after all required checks are completed does the order receive a unique Rosaifa QC reference.

What to check before you open the product
- Product name, size and variant match your order.
- Outer carton, seal and container show no obvious tampering or unusual damage.
- Batch/lot and expiry/manufacture/PAO markings are present where that product normally provides them.
- Barcode, print, cap/pump, labels and packaging details are internally consistent.
What the QC reference means—and what it does not
Barcode matches, packaging appearance and a Rosaifa QC reference are supporting evidence, not independent manufacturer authentication. Packaging can legitimately vary across markets and production runs.
If a brand offers its own official verification method, that method remains the stronger manufacturer-level check.
When actual stock photos are available
When a product page explicitly says “Current stock photos,” those gallery images can be used as an additional comparison point. We do not label brand/placeholder imagery as actual Rosaifa stock.
If something looks wrong, keep it unused and document it.
Submit your order number, checkout email, batch/lot information and clear packaging photos. Rosaifa will review the concern against the order record and available product information. A confirmed counterfeit issue on a Rosaifa-supplied item is eligible for replacement or refund under the store’s applicable return/refund policy.
